      Browse our puzzle selection, select the puzzle, and choose your size from 110 pieces up to 2000. Proceed to checkout and continue to fill out the payment details. To get access to our exclusive digital puzzle library you'll have to join one of the Spicy Puzzle Clubs and then you get unlimited access 24/7
    • What happens if I miss a subscription puzzle?
      Past subscription puzzles may be added to the general shop after a limited exclusivity period, depending on availability.
    • What is the Spicy Puzzle Club?
      It's our monthly jigsaw puzzle club! Get a monthly jigsaw puzzle of your desired size plus unlimited access to our exclusive digital puzzle library. Each month, you get a credit for the puzzle size you chose and you can apply that credit to any puzzle. If you decide you want a larger puzzle, you will have to cover the additional amount or upgrade to a larger puzzle club membership.
    • Can I cancel my subscription?
      Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month.
    • What sizes do the puzzles come in?
      Our physical puzzles come in 110, 252, 500, 1000, or 2000 Digital puzzles come in varying sizes from 16 to over 100. the higher the pieces for digital puzzles makes it harder to use on a mobile phone.

    • How do I track my order?
      Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
    • How do digital puzzles work?
      All digital puzzles are mobile friendly and can be played on a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone. For larger puzzle sizes, it's recommended to play on a tablet or desktop as the larger screen makes it easier to play. It's a simple drag and drop system and the pieces click together when they are properly fitted. Once connected they won't separate.
    • Do you ship internationally?
      Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
    • What should I do if my puzzle arrives damaged?
