All physical puzzles are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners, which means we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to resolving issues in the following cases:

2. Digital Puzzle Access
All digital puzzle purchases are non-refundable. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered, and refunds cannot be processed. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital puzzles, please contact us for assistance.
